Well, I said that I was going to stay on top of it. I was going to continue to blog every day and get better at it. That went to crap quick huh?
Fall ball started a few weeks ago, and bless my little teams heart, we are the little engine that could. This group of girls is really trying but they are a young bunch. Its a switch for me because I am used to my core group of girls that have been together some time and know what I mean when I say certain things. These young ones look at me like I'm crazy. Lol. But they are picking it up so that is a plus.
School started (YAY!!) and it broke my heart. My son started his last year of elementary school and has so much responsibility and I have already see a change in him. He doesn't forget to do his homework and he has only forgot his lunch box at school once this year. Last year, he NEVER remembered homework and he had two lunch boxes that is how often he forgot his lunch box at school. So I am proud of him already. He tested today for the GT program and was so excited! I can't wait to find out if he makes it into the program the little genius!
I am currently working on a coed softball tournament to benefit the Multiple Myleoma Research Foundation in honor of my dad who lost his fight in February, 2009. This has been extremely hard for me emotionally.But like always I am pulling through it.
