Wishlist Wednesday

Okay, so I have always been fascinated with the night sky.  Stars have totally been my thing for a long long time.  Saturn has always been my favorite planet.  Not sure why, I think because it is completely unique.  It looks different, it stands out.  Well, my room was pretty much done up in stars.  I had a blow up navy blue chair with glow in the dark stars on it.  My comforter was navy blue, I had frames with stars on thems...and  the best part....when you turned my light off, my room became a galaxy.  It was beautiful.  We had a nature store at the mall and I got these little stickers of stars and comets and Saturns.  There was like 500 or 1,000 of these stickers.  I spent literally three hours one day sticking these on my ceiling.  You couldn't see them with the light on, they blended perfectly.  And then when you hit the lights my entire ceiling lit up.  It was amazing.  Friends would come over and we would just sit in the dark it was so cool.    I had constellations, comets, galaxies, it was amazing.  Honestly, I miss it so much.

My son is obsessed with science.  Love stars and planets and has these two big posters of constellations and galaxies in his room. I know that he would LOVE to see that in his room...and after looking for about 3 hours online ..... guess what I found??!!!???!!!

I CANNOT WAIT!!! :)

Monday...Oh, wait no its Tuesday

So Monday was MONDAY.  UGH.  Shanna left ball practice with a massive headache.  It concerned me because she normally doesn't have headaches but I got her home and gave her motrin and put her in bed.  She was okay after a bit.  She went on to school happy and healthy.  I got a call from her and her teacher about 11:30.  She had just finished lunch and was bawling that her head was hurting and her back.  So I had my father-in-law pick her up from school (He's at home during the day and I work in Malvern.  He lives next door and usually keeps my kids after school so that is why I had him grab her).  I went to lunch and called the doctor's to make an appointment.  I left work and got her to the doctor.  They think she is coming down with a virus and we caught it early because of her headaches.  They gave her antibiotics and said to come back if she isn't better by Thursday.  We will see. 

I hate when my kids get sick.  They are so pitiful and it breaks my heart :(   Especially Shanna.  She's a cuddler and very sad.  Carson is just puny when he doesn't feel good.  It is so sad.

So keep your fingers crossed the antibiotics work and knock whatever she has out!!!
