Movie Reviews :)

I have gotten to where I record lots of movies on my DVR...so here's my opinions of the movies I have watched lately:

I absolutely love musicals.  And this is one of the best I have seen in awhile!! I am not a HUGE Christina Aguilera fan, but she was fabulous in this movie.

This was an okay movie.  It had funny parts to it, but not one of SJP's or Hugh Grant's best movies....

Great movie!!! The kids loved it, I loved it, Derek loved it, it is funny and fun.  Definitely going to buy this at some point.

This is a great chic flic.  Kristen Bell is so funny and Josh Duhamel is a dreamy rom-com guy :)  of course...lol.

Quirky...I HEART Quirky

I am all about some odd stuff..I am not sure why.  I love off the wall, random and different.  I guess I have always been that way....here is some random, quirky things I happen to adore:

Alice in Wonderland.  Hands down best Disney movie, children's story, characters, songs, ideas. LOVE it.   The colors, the designs all of it.  When they turned it into a movie, I was thrilled. Even more when I found out Tim Burton had a hand in it, and of course, the king and queen of quirky wonderful wierdness in my opinion, Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter.

So as I said above, I am a HUGE fan of Tim Burton, Helena Bonham Carter and Johnny Depp.  Even better, Tim Burton is married to Helena Bonham Carter and they are close friends with Johnny Depp and have worked together numerous times.  Some of my fave performances/films from all three are as follows (aside of course from Alice in Wonderland above):



I love Harry Potter movies.
